Can you guys only send me messages for places that are pet-friendly, have a pool, have a yard etc.?

At the moment, we send out listing matches based on geogrpahy, beds, baths, and price. The messages we send to you guys all have links to the listing / application, where you can deduce whether or not a place if pet-friendly, has a yard, washer / dryer, etc.

I saw this rental on your site. Is this place still available?

To confirm that a place is still available, please contact the property manager or landlord at the link provided in the listing.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription using our customer portal. There is a link to this at the bottom of all of our webpages, and in every email your receive from Rent Condor!

How do I change my search preferences?

To update your search preferences after signing up, respond to one of the hourly emails and we will process the change to your search preferences.

I lost my password. How do I access the app page?

Check your onboarding email - the subject is "Rent Condor Signup, Password, and Matched Listings!" The password is inside of there!
